"*24 hours later, the owner answered my reply within 2 hours, saying someone would be in touch, and I have heard nothing via email, call or text. And still no checks! I was a customer for about 2 years, and while satisfied with the discounts and pricing offered initially, I found the customer service to be very poor. When I first signed on, I put my plan on AutoPay. A few weeks later, I get a letter in the mail saying my plan is being cancelled despite payment. I immediately called, and the representative said they had no record on file for this. The letter was sent in the mail after my payment was already made, and nobody could explain it to me. Thankfully, after this, I had no issues, so I did not have to contact anyone from then until now. Now, I am cancelling my policy as I got a new car, but I did request a quote first. I put in a request online. Nobody got back to me. I texted the number from the app, and asked for a call back for my quote. No answer. I finally called when I had time during business hours. The quote seemed incredibly high, so I told them I would get back to them and to hold off for now- I did not approve any policy. I decided to go with a competitor’s quote, which was over $140 less for more coverage, and called to cancel my current plan on my old vehicle (there is no option to do so on the app). The woman on the phone simply stated that I would get an email, and I was all set. Not only did I never get the email, my plan was still showing up, and they proceeded to send me temporary insurance cards for the car I asked not to insure. I forwarded the temporary cards to Chris’ email for clarification. I was called back the following week and told my policy was cancelled and I was all set. She sent me an email confirming this, and I saw my policy was no longer available in the app. Then, the next night, I got a Drive Safe & Save beacon in the mail for the new car that I did not approve insurance on. It’s ridiculous to offer email and text message as a line of communication, but never use them. It’s also ridiculous that nobody taking the calls seems to know anything that’s going on- the representative I spoke with when calling to confirm my cancellation even said she didn’t see the new car in the system at all, so she didn’t understand why I’d be seeing a temporary card in my email. I sure hope other offices operate differently. I also followed up to ask if I would be reimbursed for my last payment, as the plan was marked cancelled 4 days before the billing date. She instructed me to call the service manager, who I thought was able to help me, but it's been over 3 weeks since I was told I would receive a refund now, over a month since I cancelled my plan, and absolutely nothing has come in. They told me 10-14 business days, and showed me two "checks" dated 5/16 and 5/27- both of which are extremely delayed for when I cancelled. 5/16 is already well beyond the 14 business days, while 5/27 is on day 10 and, based on the fact that 5/16 hasn't showed up, probably won't be arriving by the end of the week either. I cancelled in early May. I will be contacting the Commissioner of Insurance and submitting a complaint with the state. The whole experience just really left a sour taste in my mouth. Very unprofessional all around."

"Absolutely not helpful. Have them for years and I can't wait to find someone new. Trying to get a hold of them is a joke. You can and get route to someone who doesn't know anything about the business. They aways say they have to contact another that will get back to me. Then they always email days later. I called so I want a call returned. Emailed the lady back, and I can sense she had an attitude. Lack of customer service and any connection. Not sure what happened to this place."
